This class provides a set of utilities methods used to retrieve translated strings from a given resource bundle.

Method Detail

localize

public static String localize(ResourceKey key,
                              Locale locale)

Returns a translated string corresponding to the key and the locale. If the key cannot be found, then the key itself is returned. If the key contains arguments that in turn are ResourceKeys then they will be localized too.

Parameters:

key - The key to localize.

locale - The locale for the resource bundle.

Returns:

The string corresponding to the key and locale or the key itself if the key cannot be found in the bundle.
