public class FtpProtCommand
extends FtpCommand

Implements the DATA CHANNEL PROTECTION LEVEL (PROT) command as defined in Securing FTP with TLS specification, which is based on RFC 2228, FTP Security Extensions. The command enforces the following policy:

1. Only valid value is 'P'. If privacy is 'C' or 'E' or 'S' sends 534 replyCode.
2. If privacy is not 'C', 'E', 'S' or 'P' sends 504 replyCode.
3. If Control Channel is not secure, sends 503 replyCode. Doesn't check if PBSZ was sent.
4. Otherwise sends replyCode 200.

The behavior deviates from the spec in the following ways:

1. We don't check if the client has first sent a PBSZ command.
