public class FtpCccCommand
extends FtpCommand

Implements the CLEAR COMMAND CHANNEL (CCC) command as defined in Securing FTP with TLS specification, which is based on RFC 2228, FTP Security Extensions. The command enforces the following policy:

1. If Channel is not secure send replyCode 533
2. Otherwise sends replyCode 534.

Basically, we don't allow turning of security on the Control Channel.
