ExceptionWrapperResultTranslator is the result translator used by any client of the CommandInvoker that wants the exceptions rethrown. Runtime exception will be rethrown. IfsExceptions will be rethrown. All other Exception will be wrapped in IfsEception(68052).

               throws IfsException

Rethrows all exceptions. IfsException will be rethrown. RuntimeException will be rethrown. All other Exceptions will be wrapped in IfsException(68052).
