renameServerConfigurationProperties

                                                   RenamePropertyAction.DblString[] props)
                                            throws IfsException

Identifies a ServerConfiguration based on a serverClassname. the srcKey[] and the destKey[] are paralel. Then the srcKey Property is moved to the destKey Property and the srcKey Property is set to null. If the Property at source does not exist then this mehtod does nothing. If the destination key points to an existing Property this method does nothing. The log will be written with the outcome.

Parameters:

session - the session

serverClassName - the fully qualified name of the server

props - the pairs of property oldname/newname to rename

IfsException - if the operation fails

getServerConfigurationObjectsByName

protected ServerConfiguration[] getServerConfigurationObjectsByName(LibrarySession session,
                                                                    String serverClassName)
                                                             throws IfsException

Select a set of ServerConfiguration objects by server class name. The server class name is one of the ServerConfiguration's properties.

Parameters:

session - the session

serverClassName - the fully qualified name of the server

Returns:

the set of ServerConfiguration objects with the specified class name

IfsException - if the operation fails

renameProperty

protected void renameProperty(PropertyBundle pb,
                              String srcKey,
                              String destKey)
                       throws IfsException

Do the real work of renaming a property. Given a ProerptyBundle and a property key source and porperty key destination this method will move the value of the property at source to destination and remove the value at source. If the Property at source does not exist then this mehtod does nothing. If the destination key points to an existing Property this method does nothing. The log will be written with the outcome.
